Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

Clean up fee = $25.00.

Never leave your area unattended.

Set up time: March 17, 2023 = 10:00 am - 3:00 pm | March 18, 2023 = 8:00 am

Vendor fee is non-refundable and must be paid upon registration.

Maximum of 2 people per vendor booth.
ALL FEES MUST BE RETURNED WITH APPLICATIONS
APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT FEE WILL NOT BE REVIEWED FOR
ACCEPTANCE NOR WILL THEY BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT
Vendor applications will be reviewed by the committee and a receipt will be emailed to applicants as confirmation of payment and registration.
I understand that all fees are payable at the time of application, and once accepted, I am subject to the following requirements stated above.
I, the applicant named above, have read, and agree to the terms of this application to participate in the March Madness 1st Annual Classic O.G. Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 18, 2023. The Tyler Matthew Curtis Hill Foundation (TMCHF) and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any Liability, Lost Stolen or Damaged Merchandise or any Injury during the event.
